SITUATION

Coming out of the pandemic, Cascade Regional Blood Services struggled to understand how to engage blood donors and raise awareness of the vital need for blood among young people, who had traditionally been a major source of new donors. With staffing turnovers, they needed an outside expert to evaluate their communications and marketing channels to help gauge what was working and what needed to be changed.


SOLUTION

In a comprehensive communications analysis, I examined all current channels and provided comparison benchmarks.
